Adam Schilt is Principal of Weimar Academy. He served as Principal and Executive Director at multiple Montessori and International schools, where he was responsible for policy development, launching new programs, strategic planning, compliance oversight,  as well as student and faculty success. With a career spanning 13 years in Secondary Education, he brings a depth of insight, enthusiasm, and Christ-centered leadership to Weimar Academy.
