Education is more than academics and book knowledge. In agriculture class, students have the opportunity to learn both theory and hands-on training. From getting our hands deep in the soil, patiently watching some plants grow and some die, and finally cooking and plating a dish, agriculture is a time of bonding, creativity, and character development.
